China: The Shangai Composite Index Closes 1.27% Lower.

The Shangai Composite Index dropped 47 points or 1.27 percent on Tuesday to close at 3650 points. Losses were led by Sanan Optoelectron (-4.29%), Avic Aviation Engine (-4.05%) and Poly Real Estate (-3.73%).
