Germany: The DAX Index Opens 0.89% Lower.

The DAX Index is losing 228 points. Losses were led by Siemens Energy (-2.85%), Infineon (-2.81%) and Siemens (-2.51%). Offsetting the fall, top gainers were Qiagen NV (5.52%), Merck (1.56%) and Deutsche Boerse (1.23%).
