Brazil: Ibovespa Finishes Week Strong.

The Ibovespa gained 1% to close at 160,766 on Friday, as investor sentiment remained strong from expectations that the US Fed is bound to deliver more rate cuts next year. Gains were broad based with heavyweights Petrobras, Ambev, WEG, Banco Do Brasil, and Axia adding between 0.7% and 1.9%. On the other hand Vale tumbled 4.6% capping an overall strong day for the Sao Paulo exchange.
