Construction output in Armenia climbed by 21.1% year-on-year in August 2025, slowing from an over four-year high of 26.1% advance in the previous month. This also marked the softest growth since April. On a monthly basis, construction activity rose by 19.4%, following a 15.2% increase in July. Considering the January to August period, cumulative construction output expanded by 20.4% compared with the same period last year.
