Total credit extended to the Greek economy increased by 6.8% from the previous year in June 2024, the least in four months, slightly easing from the 6.9% rise in May. Credit to the private sector decreased to 10.2% from 11.3% in the previous month. Meanwhile, credit to the general government increased to 1.2% from 0.2%.
