Eric Rosengren, the president of FRB Boston said on Friday that Fed`s assets purchase program "improves the broader fiscal outlook by lowering interest rates and providing more economic growth" and helps speed up the US economy to full employment and targrtrd inflation.
During his speech at a forum on monetary policy at the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business Rosengren supported Fed`s third round of asset purchases, known as QE3 is benefitting federal finances.
Rosengren believes that QE benefited more that possible future losses.
