Japanese capital flows data for the week ending April 5 showed Japanese investors returned to foreign bonds but that Japanese stocks were popular with foreign investors as the Nikkei lifted off 11,000, according to data released by the Ministry of Finance Thursday. Japanese investors bought Y259 billion in foreign bonds, while net investment in Japanese stocks from abroad totalled Y291 billion.
