PARIS (AFX) - The budget deficit totalled 27.9 bln eur in the first nine months of the year, compared with a deficit of 22.4 bln eur a year earlier, the Finance Ministry said. Revenue rose to 180.1 bln eur from 179.1 bln a year earlier, while general budget spending rose to 191.5 bln ffr from 185.1 bln. Treasury operations produced a deficit of 27.9 bln eur.
