Moody's Investors Service raised the ratings of outstanding eurobonds of the Russian Federation to B2 from B3. These instruments are now rated at Russia's foreign currency country ceiling. At the same time, the rating agency changed the outlook for all ratings of instruments of the Russian Federation to positive from stable.
