Tokyo, July 31 (BridgeNews) - Heizo Takenaka, minister of state for fiscal and economic policy, said the government will consider a supplementary budget during the financial year 2001-02 (April-March), if needed, as a step to promote economic structural reform. But he denied the possibility of implementing extra budgets merely to stimulate temporary demand.
